Bookings

Bookings are made via HealthEngine by any of 3 ways:

  3. Via the App - Download their HealthEngine mobile app (need to create an account) and search Hurlstone Park Rheumatology


  • It is recommended to make an account for easy rebooking, changing or cancelling appointments
  • The new patient form/registration has a lot of questions- as long as your details, medicare details and referral are available that is sufficient


  • Referrals can be uploaded via HealthEngine
  • If there are any issues, email hurlstoneparkrheumatology@outlook.com 

Referrals

A valid referral is required for a medicare rebate and can be uploaded via HealthEngine (or alternatively sent directly by referrer)

What to Bring

  • If not uploaded or emailed, bring your referral in-person
  • Bring a list of your current medications (including doses) and any allergies.
  • Bring relevant medical records or test results, such as blood tests, imaging, or previous specialist letters.

Appointments & Days

Dennis works on Thursdays at Hurlstone Park. He consults at other locations, more information can be found at www.drdennisneuen.com.au.


  • A new appointment is 1hr
  • A follow-up appointment is 30 minutes

Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation policy. We would appreciate if you let us know in advance where possible that you cannot make it and cancel/change/rebook appointment on HealthEngine.

Getting Here

The practice is located on the main road with street parking available directly outside. Additional free parking can be found on several surrounding side streets within easy walking distance.


The practice is also less than 100 metres from the new Hurlstone Park Metro Station, which is expected to open towards the end of 2026, making public transport access straightforward once operational.

Wheelchair Access

There is a very small step at the entrance, which is suitable for most wheelchairs. If there are any concerns regarding access, please get in touch via email prior to your appointment — alternative arrangements can be accommodated, as consultation is also available at two other locations.
